By submitting engaging the services of Shannon Lauterstein and ASK THE BROKER I represent that I have read and understand the explanation of the purpose and limitations of the information provided, and I agree to the following:The services provided are intended to assist real estate agents when questions or challenges arise that are inside the areas of core competencies expected of real estate licensees in Virginia, Maryland & DC as well as members of the National Association of Realtors. Shannon Lauterstein will not: (i) provide me with legal advice or legal opinions; or (ii) provide advice that takes the place of consulting with my own Broker of Record.
